The NOAA Foreign National Registration System (FNRS) is designed to provide NOAA sponsors of Foreign National Guests a single online location to enter and process the information required to obtain appropriate approvals for a foreign national visit to NOAA facilities, ships, and airplanes. 

The system is currently available to NMFS Sponsors only.  Plans are underway to provide access to the system by the other Line Offices/Staff Offices in the near future.
